柴聯自強號 7月大降價

花東鐵路電氣化六月底通車，花東自強號多數由普悠瑪號取代，台鐵將推「差別費率」，普悠瑪號、太魯閣號票價不變，速度慢、舒適度較差的柴聯自強號票價降百分之五至十。交通部常務次長范植谷說，降價將在七月改點時同步實施。

以現在台北至台東自強號票價七八五元為例，ＤＭＵ柴聯自強號將降價卅九至七十九元；高雄至台東柴聯自強號票價則將降價十八至卅六元。

這是台鐵十九年來，票價首度出現變革。台鐵自強號有八款，均採相同票價，立法院交通委員會要求台鐵研議差別費率。

范植谷說，花東電氣化後，降價受惠範圍僅適用東部幹線及南迴線，包括「台北─台東」、「高雄─台東」等區間，西線不適用。
