各位大大好

在桃園看屋也看了一段時間
不過目前都只看新屋
還沒有看到中古屋

好的地段～新的買不起
但是大家都說～location location location很重要
所以想說來看看龍安街的中古

想問各位大大一個小問題
目前大約購屋預定金額為800萬左右

假如看中古屋時
在各房仲的網站查詢時
最多可以看到多少錢的屋子呢？？

還是找房仲時
就直接表明大約金額為800萬左右
那假如房仲帶你看超過800萬的屋子
是否有在800萬左右成交的機會呢？？
