近1個月不吸菸 抽30萬大獎

2014「戒菸就贏比賽」開跑！澎湖縣政府衛生局表示，吸菸民眾找一個不吸菸的見證人，4月底前報名比賽，5月2日到5月29日一口菸都不抽，有機會抽中30萬元高額獎金。

衛生局長鄭鴻藝說，菸品中含7千種化學物質，吸菸不僅容易導致肺癌、引起心血管疾病，也容易促使肝癌的發生。根據研究，吸菸的B型肝炎患者，比不吸菸的B型肝炎患者，罹患肝癌機率增加好幾倍；要有好心肝，第一步就是戒菸。

參加「戒菸就贏」活動，不但能盡早戒菸，在戒菸過程如有精神不佳、情緒焦躁等不適症狀，還可利用國健署提供的戒菸藥物治療服務，遠離菸癮束縛。

董氏基金會表示，「戒菸就贏比賽」是全球公認可以一次協助最多人戒菸的活動，過去六屆活動，共吸引14萬名癮君子體驗戒菸，活動當月的戒菸率高達7成，參賽一年後維持不吸菸者超過三成五。

吸菸與不吸菸的親友兩人一組，即日起到4月底前上「董氏基金會華文戒菸網」www.e-quit.org報名比賽，只要成功戒菸，就有機會抽中6萬元到30萬元獎金。
