補習班男師通姦女大生　性愛影像留念成鐵證

補習班老師和女大生不倫戀，不僅就近在台北車站南陽街附近旅館開房，還拍下許多激情性愛畫面，事後被妻子發現後提告通姦被起訴。

根據了解，該名涉案的張姓男師妻子在發現丈夫通姦影像畫面後，隨即逼問畫面中口交女子是誰，但張男堅不吐實，直到檢方召開偵查庭後才說出是20歲林姓女大生。

全案經檢方偵結後，認定林女事先並不知張男已婚，因此不起訴處分；但張男部份則依妨害家庭罪嫌起訴。
