就算出動總裁菲爾傑克生、總管米爾斯與新教頭費許慰留，尼克仍阻擋不了「甜瓜」安森尼出走決心，《美聯社》爆料安森尼已填妥文件，將不執行與尼克最後1年2330萬美元合約，投身自由球員市場，目前公牛得「瓜」機會最高。

安森尼雖未說過想離開紐約，卻渴望加入1支具備奪冠實力的強隊，尼克上季只拿37勝45敗，當然不符要求，公牛、火箭、小牛及熱火等隊都有意拉攏安森尼，卻需等到7月2日自由市場「開張」，才能展開談判。

不過安森尼擺明跟公牛越看越對眼，先前傳出他不只1次跟芝加哥當地名流富豪聯繫，了解名人在「風城」受捧程度，公牛總教練席波迪也跟不少帶過安森尼的教練聯絡，企圖明顯。

比起安森尼迫不及待打算走人，史陶德邁爾與巴格納尼近日先後宣布執行與尼克最後1年合約，兩人傷痛歷史悠久，上季即攜手缺席55場，讓下季改由傑克生、費許這對「師徒」領軍的尼克，究竟呈現怎樣風貌備受矚目。
