2560 x 1440 解析度在目前的筆記型電腦已經不算什麼，因為各廠已經準備好 3840 x 2160 解析度的產品。

依稀記得前陣子筆電廠還在 3200 x 1800 的 QHD＋ 解析度，沒想到一轉眼就陸續推出採用 3840 x 2160 解析度的 4K 筆記型電腦。

Lenovo 在日本推出一款 15.6 吋的 IdeaPad Y50 遊戲筆記型電腦，採用的就是 3840 x 2160 解析度度的 IPS 面板。

這款遊戲用筆記型電腦將搭配 Intel Core i7-4710HQ 四核心處理器，8GB 記憶體以及 1TB 的混合式硬碟（1TB + 8GB SSD）；顯示晶片部分，使用的是 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M，並擁有 4GB VRAM，但以這樣的規格，若想要在 3840 x 2160 以中高特效執行遊戲或許會有一定的難度存在。

其他配備部分有背光鍵盤、藍光光碟機 以及 JBL 喇叭等。

Lenovo IdeaPad Y50 預計 27 日開始販售，要價 170,000 日圓，約新台幣 49,969 元，目前無法確定台灣是否會推出這款 4K 解析度的遊戲筆電。
