核四存廢投票洩個資　背後秘密大公開

「核四廢存，民生大計！封存只是一時，或停或建總要決定！」近日這封網路投票簡訊，遭資安顧問公司「戴夫寇爾」質疑可能洩漏個資。《阿碼科技》網站進一步分析背後的秘密。

《阿碼科技》在網站中「夢到」，指發出簡訊的駭客團體位於中國大陸，手上掌握近1百多萬筆台灣民眾的電話號碼，投票雖不需輸入姓名，但只要你投票，系統就會有完整電話及選擇紀錄，所以絕對不是匿名投票，文章中也提到該駭客組織的最新題目「下一次你是否會走上街頭」已出爐並發動，還說「此題目是直接針對『準備上街頭者』進行掌握」。

文中還推論分析，指該駭客組織長期非法取得民眾電話，接著發廣告簡訊獲利。此次投票簡訊的目的可能有2種，一是委託者希望獲得民調參考數據，另一則是委託者希望獲得持有某種意見民眾之手機號碼。提醒民眾，若收到不明簡訊，一定要小心，誤亂點連結。（胡治言／綜合報導）
