警喬裝男客查性交易 證據不足

桃園警分局黃姓警員去年8月喬裝男客到桃園市某按摩店消費，以錄音器材錄下他與許姓按摩女（35歲）曖昧對話，許女稱「吐了就買單」等語，警方認定許女提供半套性服務，依妨害風化罪嫌移送。

檢方認為「吐」字的意思不明確，無法確知許女要為黃姓警員做半套性交易，又現場並未查扣沾有精液的衛生紙或潤滑劑，也未查獲其他男客進行性交易，全案證據不足不起訴。
