標題[問題] 新人的工作情形應該是怎樣

沒什麼辦公室工作的經驗 最近去新公司 開始處理事情後 每碰到一件事幾乎都要問人才知道要怎麼做 碰到的事情大多不太一樣 即使覺得應該會 也怕做錯要問一下人 同事又很忙 有時後講話感覺就很急很趕 加上一直問 感覺好像是對方自己來做一樣... 可是不問我就定在那邊 不知道從何起手 雖然有做筆記 但事情都不太一樣 而且蠻多地方感覺要用腦袋記 例如電腦系統的操作 教的人都說 點這邊 接著點這之類的 也不知道該怎麼筆記 想問問新人通常都是怎麼上手的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.180.233.145 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1400155034.A.EC5.html
