力麒麒御入帳 第2季獲利增

力麒建設（5512）公布2014年第1季合併營收4.65億元，較2013年同期微增0.07%，歸屬於母公司業主稅後淨利6941萬元，每股稅後盈餘（EPS）0.09元，每股淨值16.86元。

展望今年第2季，力麒表示，維持審慎樂觀看法，主要是總銷60億元的「力麒麒御」已經完工，預計5、6月交屋，將是營收入帳高峰，此外，力麒與北控集團策略聯盟已正式完成簽約，雙方將展開實質合作項目，有助拓展力麒未來營運成長的動能。

另外，力麒旗下第1家5星級酒店力麗酒店宜蘭BOT案，總投資金額9.5億元，已於4月正式動工，位於日月潭的力麗哲園3館（日潭館）則規劃在第2季開幕營運，屆時將有助提升飯店業務的經營效率。
