【更新】小客車困積水地下道　一家4口母命危

台中市晚間降下豪雨，大甲區民生路地下道積水一度高達180公分，晚間約八時許，一輛自小客車經過民生路地下道時險些滅頂，車內有一家四口，警消據報到場救出2名小孩和父親，母親獲救時已無生命跡象，但仍送醫搶救中。

根據中央氣象局資料，大甲從今天凌晨到晚間八時降雨已逾100毫米，晚上七點至八點更狂下90毫米，已達豪雨標準。(陳世河、孫義方／台中報導)
