加稅傷消費 法國Q1復甦停滯

（中央社台北2014年5月15日電）彭博報導，法國第1季經濟復甦停滯，主因總統歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）使用加稅的方式減少預算赤字，擠壓消費。

法國國家統計及經濟研究局（Insee）在電子郵件聲明中說，第1季國內生產毛額（GDP）持平，相較之下，前1季成長率經過修正後是成長0.2%。第1季數字低於彭博訪查28位經濟師的預測中值成長0.1%。

Insee說，第1季消費支出減少0.5%。

復甦停滯顯示歐蘭德所面臨的困難，因為他同時也尋求改革這個歐洲第2大經濟體、恢復成長和降低已在空前高點的失業率。雖然他試圖指出已有復甦跡象以安撫選民，但他的話卻少有人聽得進去，促使歐蘭德的支持率達到有史以來低點。

巴黎法國巴黎銀行（BNP Paribas SA）經濟師巴貝特（Dominique Barbet）說：「目前最大的因素是消費支出。在第1季之後令人擔心的是成長程度仍然疲弱。?有加速現象，我們沒有在其他國家見到的復甦。」（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
