陸宏橋計畫併購非洲鋁土礦

（中央社台北2014年5月15日電）彭博報導，中國大陸最大非國營鋁生產廠商中國宏橋集團公司 (1378) ，正在洽談併購非洲一處鋁士礦場，以確保原料供應。

宏橋財務主管王雨婷在香港接受電訪時說：「我們希望鎖定非洲資源，在未來6個月內，可能會有具體的進展。我們必須掌握控制性的股權，以確保20年以上到30年的承購權。」她?有透露計畫併購的目標和價格。

由於東南亞最大經濟體印尼今年1月禁止未加工礦砂出口，宏橋正尋求鋁土供應。在中國大陸是最低成本煉鋁廠之一的宏橋，在包括中國鋁業公司（CN-601600，HK-2600）在內的對手關廠之後，正努力增加產量。

王雨婷說：「即使預測中國大陸今天經濟成長減緩，但需求仍然強勁。我們見到來自興建社會住宅、高速鐵路、超高壓電力網和煤車的需求。」

王雨婷說，宏橋計劃今年將產量提高30%到將近300萬公噸。這項計畫可能有助於讓宏橋變成中國大陸最大產量的煉鋁廠，超過中國鋁業。中鋁計畫在其總共360萬公噸的產能中，關掉高達100萬公噸的生產線。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
