賽普勒斯Q1經濟萎縮 但優於預期

地中海島國賽普勒斯今天(15日)公布官方數據指出，賽國今年第一季(Q1)的經濟萎縮0.7%，比去年第四季(Q4)的萎縮0.8%好一些。
歐元區會員國之一的賽普勒斯，已出現連續第11季的萎縮，但是比起賽國政府和國際債權人先前對Q1的預測，萎縮幅度溫和許多。國際債權人指的是歐盟、國際貨幣基金(IMF)及歐洲央行，去年3月對深受衰退衝擊的賽普勒斯，提供紓困貸款。
根據賽國政府公布的數據，賽國今年第一季基於季節與調整工作天數後，經濟萎縮4.1%。
國際債權人先前預測賽國第一季的國內生產毛額(GDP)，將下滑4.8%，但是預測明年(2015年)將出現0.9%的成長。
