標題[請問] 不知道去哪問的拍賣扣款問題

我在露天刷了一筆金額1180(當初使用露天PChomePay支付連直接付款) 可是我的帳單來卻多了200元 上面明細卻寫YAHOO奇摩輕鬆-然後一個Y開頭的帳號 我不曉得為什麼會變成YAHOO= = 已打去銀行客服 他說有可能是露天透過YAHOO的系統收款 他們那邊也查不到200是甚麼錢@@ 於是我詢問賣家 因為已先問賣家說他入帳的確金額是1180沒錯 叫我問露天客服 且他們沒有透過奇摩系統 唉沒有電話真的很麻煩 現在露天客服都無回應 去YAHOO客服也沒有辦法直接有對應窗口詢問 這樣情況我該怎麼辦呢 求解 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.37.127.118 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1400127672.A.81E.html
