國安基金護盤？財長：還早

越南情勢緊張，投資台商人心惶惶，國安基金有無必要進場護盤，財政部長張盛和表示：「還早」。

張盛和強調，台商赴越南投資金額約280億美元，大多不是上市公司，越南情勢動盪應屬短期，還不到構成國安基金進場護盤的要件，備戰「言之過早」。
