財長：捍衛彰銀公股席次

彰銀董監改選大戰即將開打，財政部長張盛和昨（14）日表示，彰銀董監改選案，財政部會盡全力維護公股權益，至少要維持現狀，這是最基本的底線。

立法院財委會昨天審查菸酒稅法修正案，立委林德福質詢時表示，台新金提出回售彰銀持股給政府，至少要454億元，財政部怎麼看？張盛和表示，財政部無此打算，不可能用這個價格，也不會買回。

林德福說，如果用454億元，跟市價差很多，現在每股才17元多，張盛和說，沒錯，台新金當初用365億元買彰銀，每股股價26元，若454億元每股已經30幾元了，不可能買。
