小菊花遭獒犬咬撕裂　吉娃娃「物品」不起訴

鄰居帶狗到公園遛狗，當大型獒犬對上小型犬吉娃娃，吉娃娃落敗，肛門撕裂傷，但狗一般被視為物品，對於狗咬狗，法官不起訴飼主。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，傅姓婦人（51歲）養獒犬和羅威納犬各1隻，均是大型犬，鄰居劉姓男子養小型犬吉娃娃，去年10月24日雙方到公園遛狗，2狗上演街頭大戰，劉男見愛犬受傷急著解救，也遭咬傷右手和左手手指。法官認定，一般視狗為物品，毀損需有故意才定罪，狗咬狗不起訴；但獒犬咬傷吉娃娃主人，有過失傷害罪嫌，起訴獒犬主人。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
