張顯耀新職 王郁琦：考量公平

行政院大陸委員會主任委員王郁琦今天說明為何安排前陸委會副主委張顯耀任企業新職，除避免張顯耀繼續接觸機密風險，也兼顧公平，在無罪推定原則下，讓張顯耀有公平說明機會。

張顯耀去職，為何另安排接任某公司董事長職位，引發外界質疑。

王郁琦晚間接受記者訪問表示，當他決定張顯耀調離現職接受調查，這項建議獲長官支持後，考量當時時間點，他掌握的資訊，就是張顯耀的工作有疑點、有洩密嫌疑等訊息。

他說，這些資訊還需證實，從對張顯耀公平角度說，張顯耀須馬上調離現職，以免繼續接觸機密可能產生的風險，另一方面基於在尚未釐清事實前，兼顧張顯耀權益，尤其法律「無罪推定原則」，須給張顯耀公平說明機會。

王郁琦表示，考量張顯耀須調離現職接受調查，又須兼顧公平原則，有必要讓張顯耀在足以維持相當於原職位職務上，繼續接受調查。在這些考量下，才安排張顯耀任企業新職。

不過，他說，這項企業職位只是過渡性暫時安排，等調查結果出爐後，再做後續程序處理。
