涉嫌三陽炒股案 女藝人遭檢約談

鍾姓股市炒手趁三陽公司爆發經營權爭奪戰之際，透過女藝人吳仲凡等人頭及資金藉機拉抬股價牟利，獲利5000萬元，調查局新北市調查處上午搜索22處所，約談鍾、吳及曾姓丙墊金主依違反證交法究辦。

吳仲凡是「一片歌手」，7年前曾經演唱電視劇「畫魂」主題曲而爆紅，她歌喉細緻，在藝能界有「小鄧麗君」的封號。

檢調查出，鍾姓炒手、曾姓金主及證券營業員等人，於三陽公司吳姓市場派人士102年股東會前，為取得更多委託書，透過中間人引介，募資9600萬元操盤，約定102年3月底停止過戶後，提供委託書幫吳入主三陽。

鍾嫌使用藝人吳仲凡等人頭炒股，更利用吳某提供的資金向丙種金主墊款籌措保證金，再尋找上百人頭帳戶挾著鉅額資金及帳戶優勢，以大量相對成交及連續高價買進、低價壓盤等人為操縱價量手法坑殺投資人。

炒股集團將三陽公司股價從每股17餘元拉抬至27餘元，炒高股價出脫牟利，事後則違約，未能提供委託書給市場派，共計炒股不法獲利5000餘萬元，涉嫌違反證券交易法罪。
