請教一個問題，長輩行動自如，Line的重度使用者，但獨居在家。請教是否有某種App，可以監測手機使用狀況，如果大白天有很長一段時間不打電話，又不使用Line，不上網等，也許長輩需要人幫助，這個App就可以自動發送訊息給預先設定的聯絡人，聯絡人就會打電話或者立刻到居所問候長輩。

請問Android有這樣的App嗎？
