新北訂天然氣強制安檢3原則

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市2014年8月23日電）新北市政府經濟發展局今天表示，經邀集相關單位研商後已確定強制安檢3原則，以確保天然氣家庭管線的安全。

經發局指出，22日邀集新北市7家天然氣事業及經濟部能源局、中華民國公用瓦斯事業協會、台北市、基隆市和桃園縣等單位主管開會討論管線安全檢查事宜，會中達成多項共識。

共識中包括，研議縮短2年1次檢查週期，高風險樣態定期檢查週期將縮短為每年1次；住戶對家用天然氣有供氣安全的疑慮，可要求公用天然氣事業提供免費檢查服務。

經發局強調，依據天然氣事業法規定，若影響供氣安全，可報經同意，協調警消會同強制檢查。

會中訂出「連續2次未配合公用天然氣事業進行安全檢查」、「20年以上管線且未配合接受安檢」、「民眾通報有瓦斯洩漏疑慮且該年度未配合受檢」三大原則，只要符合其中一項，就會啟動強制檢查。

經發局指出，強制檢查程序是公用天然氣事業要呈報給經發局，再協調鄰里長、社區管理委員會同警消進行強制檢查。
