會考3級4標夠用否 分區模擬

（中央社記者陳至中南投22日電）部分縣市在全國教育局處長會議上，強烈要求改變國中教育會考計分方式，教育部則強調將透過分區模擬，確定現行「3等級4標示」是否已足夠，是否真的需要再細分等級。

教育部長吳思華昨天已在會議上明確表示，會考不應作任何變動，避免學生、家長焦慮，但包括台北市、台中市等，仍擔心104學年度各校免試名額提高後，現行「3等級4標示」不夠使用，建議改成11到15等級。

新北市教育局長林騰蛟說，明年單一學校都至少要開出50％免試名額，「3等級4標示」對部分學校來說，可能真的無法篩選出學生，但要怎麼改也不能「亂喊價」，應該建立資料庫進行模擬。

教育部國民及學前教育署長吳清山表示，各就學區狀況不同，不能因一、兩區提議，就讓全國都改成更多等級。

吳清山說，各就學區要進行模擬，確定現行「3等級4標示」，加上超額比序項目調整後，是否就足夠使用，不會造成太多考生同分、必須抽籤的狀況。區分為更多等級，效果是否更好，也需要模擬確認。

教育部次長林淑真表示，昨天晚上餐會討論中，的確有「少數」縣市強烈主張改變會考計分，但因涉及廣泛，必須再審酌。1030822
