民雄農工綠能屋頂 節能減碳

（中央社記者黃國芳嘉義縣2014年8月22日電）國立民雄農工以校舍屋頂出租來建置太陽能發電系統，不但增加校務基金收入，也作為校舍屋頂遮陽隔熱及節能減碳。

民雄農工今天表示，太陽能發電系統的建置在各國逐漸受重視，並成為永續能源發展的一大要點。校方去年邀請太陽能設備發電廠商簡報，最後學校校務會議決議裝設太陽能光電發電系統。

民雄農工指出，獲得專案施工的「天晴能源」得以承租校舍屋頂，在與校方經1年的規劃、設計、協調、申請、審查，於5月通過設置再生能源發電設備同意備案。

校長孫忠義表示，設置太陽能光電設備兼具教育及教學用途，學校開放全部太陽能設備現場作為教學參觀，並提供一套太陽能發電展示平台作為教學用途，還能透過雲端網路隨時監控太陽能發電情形，方便學校老師在任何教學場所中使用。

孫忠義指出，民雄農工綠能陽光校舍總設置坪數近千坪，設置經費約為新台幣3800萬元，未來預估每月售電金額約36萬元，其中5%作為校務基金，業者租約20年，約滿回歸學校所有，其經濟效益無遠弗屆，又能達到節能減碳。
