*****本篇文章為代po***** 六月初的面試在八月中旬時接到主管的口頭offer 主管說流程約莫需要二周-四周的工作時間 所以報到日押在十月中旬 主管表達已經在進行紙本offer的流程 結果好死不死 當事人在拿到口頭offer後的三天被原公司資遣 原本心中甚喜 心想還賺了一筆資遣費 豈料新公司主管居然在當事人被資遣後的兩天致電當事人 表達HR方得知當事人被資遣的訊息 所以想了解一下原因 主管請當事人提供作reference check的人選 但剛好都找不到人 主管隔天直接去電當事人原公司總機找當事人的主管 仍舊撲空 陷入撲朔迷離之態 試問，這樣的情況還有機會被錄取嗎? 若您是主管，您會如何處理?
