《證交所》僑威停止買賣、新焦點變更交易

【時報-台北電】證交所昨（30）日晚間發布新聞稿指出，僑威 （911201） TDR未如期公告申報102年度財務報告，將自5月6日（下周二）起停止買賣，另外，新焦點 （9106） TDR淨值低於股本二分之一，同日列為變更交易方法。

證交所表示，第二上市公司依規應於4月30日申報102年度財務報告計有12家，除僑威集團外，均已如期申報。 (新聞來源：工商時報─記者呂淑美／台北報導)
