windows7開機後桌面全黑只剩滑鼠

小弟上星期五開機之後正常使用電腦，後來AVG掃毒程式顯示說我有病毒

然後我就按移除後，隔沒幾分鐘又顯示一樣的畫面

後來想說重開機看看

結果一開機，"歡迎使用windows"的字樣畫面之前都還有畫面，

準備進入桌面就全黑..

只剩滑鼠游標而己...

後來小弟我就再重開機好幾次，結果一模一樣...都是桌面全黑

到星期天我用ipad查詢是否有人和我有一樣的問題

發現板上有人有和我一樣的問題

如這一篇所示，我也按照步驟做後是可以進入桌面，但是問題出在哪也不知道

而如本篇的解決辦法也照做了，可是還是一樣，進入後桌面還是全黑只剩滑鼠游標

想請問各位前輩小弟該如何處理呢?小弟我是電腦白痴...
