沙國女導演硬起來　拒蒙面紗執導《腳踏車》

新片《腳踏車大作戰》（Wadjda）是首部在沙烏地阿拉伯實地取景的電影，女導演海法阿爾曼蘇爾（Haifaa Al-Mansour）透露拍片時困難重重，由於她堅持不蒙面紗導戲，還遭到觀念保守的民眾圍觀抗議，讓她哭笑不得，最後索性躲進攝影車看著監視器來導戲，電影才順利拍完。
 
該片描述小女孩瓦琪達夢想擁有一台腳踏車，但女生在沙國騎腳踏車卻是個禁忌，媽媽也勸她死了這條心。不願放棄的瓦琪達，發現學校舉辦的可蘭經問答比賽，有一筆豐厚的獎金，她決定參加比賽。
 
該片劇情溫暖幽默，在威尼斯影展亮相以來，不僅奪得「地平線」最佳影片等3項大獎，國際間更是獲獎連連，在北美創下4千萬台幣票房佳績，成為年度最賣座外語片之一，16日在台上映。（林慧娟／綜合報導）
