勞動節 韓4成上班族得工作

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾2014年5月1日專電）南韓的一項民意調查顯示，即使是5月1日勞動節，仍有4成的上班族今天要繼續工作。

南韓「朝鮮日報」指出，就業門戶網站Job Korea對826名上班族進行問卷調查的結果顯示，337名（40.8%）受訪者在勞動節當天沒有獲得帶薪休假。

根據南韓「勞動標準法」規定，公務員以外的勞動者在每年的5月1日應獲得帶薪休假。

在回答「沒有獲得帶薪休假」的上班族中，34.7%回答「因為業務特性」，28.8%「因為經營者的方針」。另有25.2%是「因為業務忙」、7.4%則為「公司狀況不佳」。
