調查：大陸4月房價增幅減緩

大陸的中國指數研究院(China Index Academy)今天(30日)公布一份調查報告，指4月的新屋價格漲幅減緩，而且是連續第四個月減緩。不過，部份大陸一線城市的房價仍有兩位數的增幅。
中國指數研究院表示，大陸100座主要城市4月的平均房價，跟去年同期相比，上升9.06%，為每平方公尺1萬1,013人民幣(1,759美元)。
若是跟3月的上升10.04%相比，4月的升幅減緩。
大陸當局實施打房已有3年多，目的就是要控制房價，並且要讓人民買得起住屋，平息民眾對房價高不可攀的不滿。
