去下載CCleaner(free)那一個(安裝時第一頁選中文)

安裝後第一,二項清理垃圾,每天清理一次

(先按左邊分析再右邊清理)

第三項工具_啟動_windows_把防毒和或是C:\windows\

開頭的留下,其他都可取消,[尤其是有.hta的]

[只是沒用到不執行不是移除],
