你應該不是台南市人,我po的這一段路離百貨公司有蠻長的一段距離,沒有人會願意冒被拖吊的風險來停這裡的紅黃線...,除非停車的是[自己人],知道這裡不會出事?!
且車流量大不大跟違停無關,當發生事故時,是違停造成的?還是怪自己開車技術不好?

我只是看到市區的亂象,如實po出而已~
