黃景泰涉貪 檢上午再提聲押

基隆巿議長黃景泰，涉及貪汙案，基隆地檢署昨天第四度發動搜索，昨天下午也向地院聲請羈押，基隆地院晚間九點半召開羈押庭，經過3個小時後，由於黃景泰的辯護律師，提出抗辨，表示檢方沒有告知涉犯罪名條項，檢方暫時撤回聲押，今天(五號)凌晨一點檢方再次補訊。

而檢方補訊後，今天凌晨兩點半，檢方再度向法院聲請羈押，法院預計上午八點半召開羈押庭。
