歐盟通過對俄新制裁措施

（中央社布魯塞爾2014年9月5日綜合外電報導）外交界人士說，儘管烏克蘭政府軍和親克里姆林宮叛軍停火，但歐洲聯盟（EU）今天已就對俄羅斯經濟制裁新方案達成協議。

一名歐盟外交界人士說：「已原則上通過新制裁協議。」

他說，這些制裁措施將於本月8日以書面的方式正式公告實施。

歐盟各國大使是因俄羅斯介入烏克蘭戰爭而通過加強制裁措施。

不過，外交界人士說，如果維持停火，且如果俄羅斯從烏克蘭撤出部隊，這項制裁措施可能會取消。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
