阿里巴巴 9月16日在美掛牌

據彭博資訊報導，阿里巴巴預計將於9月16日上市交易，IPO定價區間預計在9月2日公布。

知情人士稱，阿里巴巴管理團隊正在歐洲、亞洲以及美洲穿梭，現在正考慮於9月3日開始向投資者出售公司股份。

知情人士透露，這個時間表是負責制定IPO計畫的銀行透露的，在阿里巴巴高管前往倫敦前，首先會在香港和新加坡舉行會議，最後於9月8日在紐約舉行第一次會議。阿里巴巴預計將於9月16日在美國上市。

投資者會議將為阿里巴巴提供回答全世界最大基金管理公司問題的機會，同時建立其股票需求。阿里巴巴與其股東預計，此次IPO可望籌資200億美元，這將是美國歷史上最大的IPO。

如果IPO籌資達200億美元，阿里巴巴的銷售就可以超過Visa，其在2008年IPO時籌資196.5億美元，刷新美國新股發行規模的紀錄。
