安理會討論俄車隊進入烏克蘭

在俄羅斯派遣援助車隊進入烏克蘭東部後，聯合國安全理事會今天集會，進行緊急磋商。烏克蘭政府軍和親俄叛軍在東部戰鬥。

立陶宛駐聯合國大使莫摩凱特（RaimondaMurmokaite）要求召開這項緊急會議，他說，數十輛俄羅斯卡車在?有獲得烏克蘭政府同意下進入烏克蘭是「侵犯烏克蘭的主權」。

烏克蘭形容這支車隊是「入侵」，而聯合國秘書長潘基文（Ban Ki-moon）則說，他深感關切，並且呼籲各方自制。

安理會成員在台北時間23日清晨3時舉行秘密會議，並且聽取聯合國高級官員塔蘭科（OscarFernandez-Taranco）關於這支車隊的報告。西方國家擔心這支車隊可能被用來協助分離主義部隊。

美國和歐洲各國政府已要求莫斯科與烏克蘭政府和國際紅十字會合作，查證這些貨物的內容，以確保安全送達平民。
