張曾函馬喊冤 提及資訊外洩

前陸委會副主委張顯耀涉洩密而去職，他21日記者會指陸委會主委王郁琦和他溝通時，「沒有」對他提及是因「洩密」去職。但據了解，張顯耀17日曾寫了一封信對馬英九總統喊冤，信中他確實使用了有關「資訊外洩」一事的用字。知情人士表示，這顯示張早知自己去職理由，王郁琦也確實對張顯耀說明原由，此信也已轉交檢調單位。

陸委會第一時間說明，王郁琦14日與張顯耀溝通時，明白告知要求去職，是因張遭檢舉「洩密」，必須調離現職接受調查，張卻對此否認，導致馬政府誠信備受考驗。

知情人士驚爆，張顯耀口口聲聲喊冤，但事發之後，張顯耀曾為了此事還親自寫了一封信給馬總統，內容明確指向，王郁琦有向張說明了去職原因。

拔官風波後，張顯耀17日傳簡訊給媒體說自己「被去職」，但外界所不知的是，就在同一天，他也寫信給馬總統說明此事，內容為說明「有關『資訊外洩』一事……」

知情人士說，張第一時間寫給總統的信件用了「資訊外洩」字眼，顯示他早已知自己是因「洩密」去職，這也表示，王郁琦確實當面對其交代了去職理由。

知情人士指出，由於此事已進入司法程序，張顯耀致總統信成了相關物證，馬總統前日已將此信轉交王郁琦，昨日下午王郁琦已將此信轉交給檢調單位。
