福特將回購高達18億美元股票 力行減債計畫 股價應聲上漲

《MarketWatch》周三 (7日) 報導，美國第 2 大車廠福特 (Ford Motor Co.)(F-US) 宣布，將進行高達 1.16 億股的股票回購，價值約達 18 億美元，以抵銷部份可轉換債券攤薄的影響。

《MarketWatch》周三 (7日) 報導，美國第 2 大車廠福特 (Ford Motor Co.)(F-US) 宣布，將進行高達 1.16 億股的股票回購，價值約達 18 億美元，以抵銷部份可轉換債券攤薄的影響。

從今 (2014) 年 11 月 20 日起，公司將終止其 2016 年 11 月 15 日到期，票面利率 4.25％ 的高級轉換債券持有人的轉換權。此些債券持有人有權將其中部份票券轉換為股票。

截至第一季末尾前，福特汽車債務約上達 157 億美元，公司表示計畫在未來 5 年左右時間，希望減債至約 100 億美元。

福特汽車表示，準備進行另外 1260 萬股的回購計畫，以對應 2012-2013 年間員工認股權的攤薄衝擊。

福特財務長 Bob Shanks 指出，本次回購股票行動可減少公司攤薄股票約 3％。

公司盤後股價上漲 1.03％，報 15.62 美元。
