2%還不夠　人行擬再擴大民幣匯率浮動

中國人民銀行（人行）今天公布第1季貨幣政策執行報告，除了重申將適時適度對政策進行預調微調，並嚴格控制對產能過剩行業的貸款，同時也表示，將進一步推動人民幣匯率形成機制的改革，而擴大人民幣匯率浮動幅度，將有助增強人民幣匯率的彈性。

市場解讀認為，繼3月公告從3月17日起將人民幣浮動區間由1%放寬至2%之後，人行顯然有意進一步擴大浮動區間，未來人民幣匯率波動將更加明顯。3月放寬人民幣浮動區間以來，人民幣明顯走貶，美國財政部也忍不住出言示警。

人行同時在報告中指出，由於勞動力供給趨緊、經濟發展方式轉變等影響，中國潛在成長速度有可能呈現階段性放緩態勢，目前保持經濟平穩較快發展的關鍵在於提升生產效率與經濟活力。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
