教材惹議 國教院尊重選書權

（中央社記者陳至中台北2014年5月7日電）史記文化出版社高中歷史教科書內容引發爭議，國家教育研究院表示，符合課綱、通過審查的教科書，各校教師都可以挑選，國教院尊重選書權。

民主進步黨立委近來批評，史記文化出版社高中歷史教科書內容偏頗，出現「台獨運動是對中華民國與憲法的否定，會讓台灣的社會陷入國家認同的錯亂」文字，質疑是「洗腦」。

負責審查教科書的國家教育研究院（國教院）今天發出聲明，強調現行高中採「一綱多本」原則，各版本教科書編撰後，經過審定委員會審查，確定不違反課綱、符合歷史事實及法律規範，其餘則給予發展空間，由編輯者自行選擇題材和敘寫內容。

國教院指出，現行高中歷史有9版本的教科書通過審查，選用權在各校，教師可依教學專業挑出合適的版本，國教院不會干涉。

至於，立委質疑編者和出版社背後的色彩，國教院則認為在民主多元社會下，編者身分或資格，不能影響教科書的內容審查。

另外，國教院也澄清，被民進黨點名批評的版本，於102年7月29日通過審定，103年4月15日公告學校選用，與今年初公布的高中課綱微調無關，而是依原課綱編撰。
