流浪狗問題 農委會提公民審議

流浪狗問題如何處理，電影「十二夜」引起回響，對於狗狗該被安樂死還是實行TNR（捕捉、絕育、釋放）一直以來爭議不小，主管單位農委會今天宣布，將舉行公民審議會議，以公開公平的方式，由民眾討論到底該怎麼做。

農委會表示，程會議長達五天，參與的民眾會先了解議題和專家觀點，再舉行討論。年滿18歲的公民，都可以報名參加，將會透過由動保團體、公共行政領域和生態領域專家所組成的公民審議會執委會，選出可具體而微代表台灣人口組成的20位公民，參加審議會討論。
