南鐵東移遭抗議 吵鬧中結束

台南市下午辦理第二場南鐵都市計劃公開展覽說明會，受到居民強力杯葛，居民們霸佔演講桌，自備麥克風與官員互嗆，雙方各說各話，居民們衝撞官員，群眾高喊口號阻撓，迫使都發局長吳欣修不得不宣佈會議結束，整場說明會前後只開了10分鐘，在吵鬧聲中草草結束。

「反南鐵東移自救會」不滿市府如期舉辦都市計劃公展會，下午集結於德光里活動中心說明會場地內外，試圖阻攔會議進行，自救會成員守住會場各個進出口，強行關門，不讓市府官員進入；過程中發生數波推擠與口角，居民們要求暫停一切程序，自救會長蘇俊文與成員們不斷高喊「辦聽證、解爭議」。

會議一開始，居民們與「居住正義青年小組」就不斷鼓譟，雙方各以麥克風各說各話，都發局長吳欣修與秘書處長蕭博仁出面安撫居民情緒，但居民們群情激憤，紛紛跳到講桌上盤坐，試圖搶下官員麥克風，場面十分火爆。

吳欣修局長眼見狀況幾近失控，不得不宣佈會議結束從後門離開。

台南市政府7日曾在北區舉辦首場公展會，居民們不滿市府強勢作為，下午前往會場阻撓，使得會議在吵鬧聲中草草結束。市府表示，程序仍算完備。
