3/28的時候我收到了從露天拍賣買的手機，一開始打開來沒有仔細地看清楚就先去充電，衝了一整個晚上還是60幾%，我覺得可能是新電池的關係，因為我急著用手機就拔了起來，後來開機也沒有問題，但是只要鎖螢幕，再按一次解鎖鍵，他就一直重新不斷的開關機，因為我沒有時間上網跟賣家反應，又拖了好幾天，直到我4/4用行動電源一起充電的時候，拿出來看手機的螢幕就破裂了，因此我4/6的時候就跟賣家反應，起先賣家的態度還不錯，後來他就叫我拍手機以及保固卡給他看，但是他還是堅稱是我自己摔壞了，要我花3000元修理螢幕.......而且後來他來把我瘦為黑名單，不能在她的網頁發言，這明明就是作賊心虛...
我實在不想再挖一筆錢修瑕疵品，我該怎麼辦........
我已經向露天拍賣投訴了 但是客服中心並沒有回覆.....
我該自認倒楣嗎???
以後千萬別跟我一樣遇到這種賣家了.....
