《國際產業》微軟收購諾基亞，陸有條件批准

【時報-台北電】全球軟體龍頭微軟收購諾基亞設備與服務業務一案，獲得中國政府批准！大陸商務部8日下午宣布，有條件批准該項收購案。不過，韓國等政府機構仍在審查此案。

大陸商務部認為該收購案對大陸智慧手機市場恐具有排除、限制競爭效果，因此制定限制性條款。諾基亞此前曾透露，該收購案將在4月完成。

微軟於2013年9月初宣布，將以72億美元（約台幣2140億元）收購芬蘭手機大廠諾基亞手機業務，以及大批專利。隨後，歐盟、美國等國家和地區的監管機構批准此交易案。

新浪科技報導，商務部擔憂微軟交易完成後，透過濫用智慧型手機的專利，危害大陸智慧手機市場競爭並損害消費者利益，因此要求微軟和諾基亞作出承諾，不會使用專利手段限制大陸手機廠商的發展，或者謀求更高的專利費用。(新聞來源：旺報 記者郭芝芸)
