法人：力成3月業績略佳1月

法人預估，記憶體封測廠力成3月業績可較1月略佳，估第1季業績較去年第4季小幅拉回個位數百分點。

展望3月，法人表示，3月工作天數恢復正常，力成3月平均產能利用率相對回升，可望達到9成。

從產品線來看，法人表示，力成3月動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)封測量持穩，快閃記憶體(Flash)與邏輯IC封測量相對有撐。

法人預估，力成3月業績可較1月略佳，可站上新台幣30億元。

展望第1季，法人表示，力成第1季業績維持季節性走勢，預估較去年第4季小幅季減，約在個位數百分點。

從訂單能見度來看，法人表示，目前力成訂單能見度可看到6月和7月，預估業績可走高。

展望今年，法人預估，力成今年業績可望維持逐季向上走勢。

從各產品線表現來看，法人預估，今年DRAM封測業績占力成整體業績比重，可維持3成水準，今年利基型記憶體和行動記憶體封測量可正向看待；預估今年快閃記憶體封測月產能可提升到1.8億顆。

法人表示，力成今年持續積極布局邏輯IC封測業務，續投入開發高階封裝技術，朝向全方位封測廠目標邁進。
