抑豬價 冷凍廠購買毛豬限量

〔自由時報記者鍾麗華、侯承旭／綜合報導〕毛豬拍賣價昨跌至每公斤七十九．一元，回到二月底水準，不過，距離農委會主委陳保基說的「七十到七十五元合理價位」仍有段距離，農委會昨再祭出限制冷凍加工廠購買毛豬數量等五大措施穩定豬價。

此外，農委會和公平會聯合稽查，發現屏東的復進企業冷凍櫃裡囤積超過一千五百公噸的豬肉，囤積事證明確，已移請屏東縣政府依「農產品市場交易法」開罰六萬至三十萬元。屏東縣農業處長林景和表示，十八日傍晚才收到農委會的公文，調查屬實就開罰。

農委會昨宣布豬價穩定措施，如拍賣價在週日前仍未能回復至每公斤七十五元，將依「畜牧法」，限制冷凍廠於肉品市場內採購數量。此外，為避免豬農惜售，下週二起超過一百三十公斤的豬隻運輸至市場時死亡，將不予理賠，而該養豬戶下期保險亦將不予續約。

農委會委託中央畜產會專案進口三千公噸的豬肉，預計四月底來台，包括首次開放的法國豬肉。農委會副主委王政騰說，過去台灣多從美、加等地進口，法國原有豬瘟，現已無疫情，月初已核准進口。

今天起全國五十個農漁會超市也推出抗漲專區，以市價八折的平價豬肉讓民眾選購。清明節即將來臨，農委會預估可維持節前一週每天正常供應二萬四千多頭毛豬，農委會畜牧處副處長朱慶誠保證，清明節不會缺豬。
