《國際政治》烏克蘭宣布與英美舉行軍事演習

【時報-台北電】烏克蘭國家安全暨國防委員會（NSDC）首長帕魯比（Andriy Parubiy）宣布，烏克蘭部隊將與英軍、美軍舉行聯合軍事演習；此外，烏克蘭也將退出退以俄羅斯為首的獨立國協（CIS）。

帕魯比表示，烏克蘭將與1994年「布達佩斯備忘錄」簽約國聯合演習，但未說明軍演細節。「布達佩斯備忘錄」簽約國包括了美國、英國與俄羅斯，主旨在保證烏克蘭領土完整。（新聞來源：中時即時 江靜玲）
