【時報-台北電】台北市中山堂旁由第一太平戴維斯代理標售的200坪商四土地，昇陽建設昨（19）日以14.1億元得標，溢價率10％，換算每坪得標價格為702萬元，每單位容積價格為110.55萬元；昇陽建設總經理簡伯殷表示，昇陽將規劃總銷約20多億元的中小坪數住宅推出。

2014年初以來，不論土地或房屋市場都是陣陣涼意，尤其土地市場成交案例更是寥寥可數；昨天，昇陽建設罕見的「出手」競標中山堂旁、延平南路土地，就順利得標。

第一太平戴維斯總經理高銘頂表示，延平南路中山堂旁土地，面積為200.86坪，標售底價12億8148萬元，使用分區為第四種商業區，建蔽率及容積率分別為75％及635％，為台北車站站前商圈難得釋出的土地，且不需整合可立即開發，因此，公告標售期間吸引逾10組投資人領標。昨天總計有4組投標，最後由昇陽建設以14.1億元得標，每坪單價約702萬元。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者蔡惠芳、方明／台北報導)
