台股留意籌碼面 與外資動向

美國聯準會（Fed）今（20）日凌晨以八比一，連續第三次在會議中決議減碼每月購債金額，由650億美元至550億美元。大多數的Fed官員，預期直到2015年才會首度升息，2016年升息會小幅加快，但預期今年美國成長不高於3.0%，而非12月預測的3. 2%，使得美股四大指數呈現殺尾盤的走勢，操盤人認為，今日留意外資動向。

另外，福邦投顧分析師陳唯泰指出，目前還需留意學生占據立法院事件的後續演變，也因兩岸服務貿易協議的立法院卡關，造成好不容易有一點止跌契機的金融股，類股指數昨日失守千點大關，跌幅近1%，而相關的電子商務、遊戲、生技等類股也東倒西歪。

昨日台股指數雖然跌點不多，但是店頭指數則是跌幅頗重，而且連續三天的尾盤下殺，連續二天收盤收最低，就是多頭撤守的暗示，短線操作需更加謹慎。
