大掃黑／全國逮170人 四海幫「大咖」也落網

北市殺警案引發全國大掃黑，刑事局與桃園縣警方昨天檢肅綽號「老古」的四海幫中常委古春助到案；古涉嫌指揮「海古堂」手下介入酒店圍事，並索取工地保護費、暴力討債。

古嫌是兩天掃黑行動中最「大咖」的重量級黑道分子；截至昨晚，全國警方共拘捕一百七十名黑幫分子，其中廿二人是「治平專案」對象。

三大黑幫中，新北市警方另拘捕竹聯幫虎三會創會老大林上利，林等人涉嫌圍事特種行業、放高利貸；基隆市警方檢肅天道盟同心會成員蔡基生，蔡以宮廟及營造公司為據點，涉嫌聯合太陽會分子圍事、恐嚇建商。

刑事局表示，兩天掃黑共清剿兩個竹聯幫堂口、兩個四海幫堂口、三個天道盟堂口，三大黑幫共被逮六十四人；另外還掃蕩風飛砂幫和十四個地方暴力犯罪集團。

其中宜蘭警方破獲以阮姓男子為首的暴力集團；阮涉嫌指揮成員暴力圍標公共工程，取得宜蘭縣市各大河川漂流木、海漂木的清運資格之後，趁機盜取管制林班地的國有檜木，牟取暴利。

此波掃黑行動有十二個縣市警方有斬獲，台中市和高雄市分別破獲三個黑幫堂口、聚合，合計逮四十三名黑幫分子。
